Shipping Policy

There may be lead time on items. Please contact us prior to checkout, if you need a lead time estimate. Our carbon fiber products are all hand made and in small batches to control quality. Because of this, we have entire runs of parts sell out in one day. Pre-orders for parts are recommended.

In stock parts will typically ship on the next business day. Our larger items (splitters, wings, side splitters, diffusers) ship LTL freight.

Item Return, Order Refund & Order Exchange Policy

We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. Email pitcrew@archetyperacing.com to initiate a return and receive an RMR number. Customer will pay a 10% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping cost. A refund will be processed, once the item has been received and inspected.

Orders that are cancelled, prior to shipment will incur a 10% refund processing fee. Please email pitcrew@archetyperacing.com to request an order cancellation. Order cancellations are processed 24-72 hours from cancellation request.

Orders/items can be exchanged for a like product. Customer will pay return shipping of original order. Once the original order is received, the replacement/exchange item will be shipped.
